:( It just feels like a mammoth task, and rather than cracking on and doing it, I've done diddly squat except for some vacuuming, and even that was rubbish because the vacuum we kept from when my Nan passed away just chucks the dust back out every 5 seconds. :( Motivation please?

This is just the situation for a HHC :D Set your alarm for 30 mins, or even 15 or 10 if that seems too daunting, and whizz around doing jobs until the timer goes. Do that for about an hour, then reward yourself with a drink, cake or read of the paper :) Do 2 or 3 hours, and you'll be amazed at the difference :T Remember that your house didn't get like this overnight, so it's no good expectiung it to be a palace again overnight. That's not meant to be harsh, it's how it was back in the day for most of us :o It took me about a year to get my house so that I can keep on top of my jobs for about an hour each weekday :o

I'm off out this morning, so going to tidy the kitchen, get a shower, and out :)

    Happy Birthday Dusty!

Hope you have a lovely day.

Not a great nights sleep here. Might do a communal nap later to try catch up. Think we are all a bit overtired. Have made brekkie and done kitchen dailies, also made myself some gingerbread latte syrup (sugar free of course!) so the whole house smells good, and I can have some treat coffee today to spoil myself a little.

Had a quick whizz around kitchen and collected washing. Seem MIL did a wash as well as my ironing :A goodness they look after me. They also drew a heart on a bit of notepaper saying they loved me, bless em. But I do actually have two valentine cards lol hand made at nursery :D

Mum having tots for an hour while I go for my drilling and filling  then just a quiet one for us. My try @rgos and see if they have DS popup goal yet too...

    Morning all

Three away already, just waiting for DS3 to finish in the shower then I'll go and get mine. I'll chew a frog whilst waiting.

WM on, kitchen floor needs a clean after the rain started and the mogs have been in and out all night.

    Happy Birthday Dusty!

The snow has gone overnight and we have miserable rain instead :( but according to the BBC website the sun will come out at 12 o'clock :j

I still can't do much flying today as OJM continues doing bits here and there, but I have already put back the shelves in the back porch (mostly wellies, cleaning materials and bird food) and am about to start in the study so that I can clear the pile of boxes surrounding me here. Then maybe I can clear my mind sufficiently to do some paperwork - I have a number of frogs still waiting to be dealt with!

Will list a few more things on eB@y when I can fight my way back into the DR past OJM's tool boxes :( I have to find places to put all the things that haven't sold... yet. I will probably hide them in the suitcases inside the wardrobe in the spare room, then they won't clutter up the rooms :D

I must also plant up some sprouting hyacinth bulbs (sets of 4 from A**i - very inexpensive :money:) into pots for the living room, in the hopes that they'll be just coming into bloom next week when I invite the estate agents round to value the house :)

DH was unsure last night whether or not to go and see his sister today, but this morning he's decided to pack up some more of his stuff in the garage :A
