Timings for MCOL/court

It looks like the court have shown leniency to the bank's late submission.
You are now in the queue like the rest of us... sorry
Hamsters have no tact and diplomacy, nor do they want any.0 -
are they allowed to do that? it clearly states 14 days for aknowledgement and they aknowledged on 15 days? surely i still win by default?0

Afraid so. The MCOL system is just a "whizzy" front end to the paper-based court system. And the courts will always err on the side of giving everyone "their day in court".The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

My 14 days were up yesterday and no reply from the bank, so I requested judgement by default this morning and i've just checked and its been rejected...... Now it tells me I cant continue with MCOL, how do I check if they have put in a defence or just aknowledged the claim ,albeit late???0

Hi all, I received a copy of the judgement sent to Lloyds through the post this morning. (They didn't acknowledge by the given date) Does this mean I have won or can they still manage to stick the boot in and de-rail things?!
I want my money!! lol!

Thanks very much
) I am just chewing my nails now, but I've a horrible feeling Lloyds aren't going to just cough up without a word

Good luck with your claim, T xxx0 -
Done the same and judgement has been issued against the Nationwide.
I'm wondering what will happen next, my guess is that they'll have it set aside and get another 28 days.
Do they get ANOTHER 28 days or is it 28 from the date of service on them? This is where I get very confused!
I've no idea as to the timescale we are looking at now. T xxx 0 -
