  • My fingers are also crossed that the ponies don't blow away! Much better than a panicking pony indoors though I think. That said, there's no strange weather here, it's rather boring in fact!

She was more bothered when i got a straw bale out to sit on. She whickered like she had seen a long lost friend.
All ok at the stables Thank God. She is my baby number 5!!

I have just purchased black white and purple hair spray for her for the halloween rally. They can go as punks- anarchy for pc uk.

Trying to potty train number one son which he is finding highly amusing.

I loved this !! Made me want to go to a pony club rally too! Umm...as my baby is about 14.2 hh maybe I could sneak in :rotfl:
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Actual MFW news. Mortgage has reduced by 7k since beginning this diary. With this and an increase in nominal house prices...LTV is now 54%.

That's brilliant Alchemilla - almost every mortgage product is now your oyster! What's left? I think some banks want 50% LTV for IO mortgages these days and it's not like you're looking for one of those... :)

    Ohhh, what a lovely sofa!

You can protect the sofa with a barrier spray which helps reduce staining or cover on messy days

or just say that you love it, want it and !!!!!! the practicality! ;)

    Soo tempted but sooo broke.
My fight with someones bumper has cost me £20 in stupid tax. Well plus £40 in flowers for the owner plus £20 in flowers for her daughter who arranged the repairs. I was expecting the wrong side of £500. Some lovely people about.
£100 cash out. £35 for farmer for trimming our bush... £20 for school fundraiser, and an additional £36 at the dentist...thank God for the nhs. We all saw the dentist including the pony today. Hers cost £40.
I recommend a grapefruit knife and a leatherman for pumpkin carving. Just did two in about twenty minutes.
