Sorry to hear that work has got you down - all I can offer is a dodgy hug and lots of positive thoughts!

    Thanks everyone.

I am looking forward to the wine at the end of the tunnel!!

I feel a bit better. I have cauliflower and pasta cheese in the oven with mustard and a bit of leftover onion.

Ebay have royally shafted me over a dodgy item from a conman seller. Buyer protection my bum. I will pay stupid tax.

Spent £2 on lunch (comfort eating) and DH the same (disorganisation).

I have become a bit obsessed by the fiscal fast thread on old style.

Ah - so lots of NSDs?

I think it's a good idea in principle, but from having read it, do you think it just forces people to bulk buy for the sake of pretending they're being frugal? I.e. I never bought any wine this month (because I got 2 crates in last month) :D

Edit: two pages in and there are already so many excuses :rotfl:

Edit the 2nd: but it's heartening to read how creative some folk are

You've probably found my DD's posts then :D.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I just find it comforting that people are living more simply and taking pleasure in small things.
