Pets nicknames

my cat's correct name is Quackers but his nicknames include quacks, quackmunch, quackman, quackamaroo (there's a theme haha!), tubby, fatboy or baldy butt (he licked so much as his !!!!! once due to an infection he went bald for a while.

He answers to anything beginning with quack or food (thinks he'll get some) and comes running

Rocky's full name is rocksteady, as in shredder's henchmen beebop and rocksteady. but dh said we couldn't have just one of a paired name otherwise he'd be lonely. so Rocky it is and he's nonthewiser about his absent pair. there's logic there if you try hard enough

i call him rocky, steady, and Rocky Mcsteaderson. oh and i sing Captain Rocky O'Hare instead of Captain Bucky O' Hare. and when it's christmas time i call him Turkey cos he also answers to that and it's funny.

mum calls him hissing sid. for obvious reasons

Hades has her own little rhyme I sing to her well I tell her that she smells like currant buns

When our two black cats were in the shelter they were called Misty & Twilight.
When we rehomed them, we renamed them Cassie & Annie.
They are now called Cassie-Wassie and Fanny or Wanny.

My female Rottweiler, Zara is called Baby !!

Our cat is called Meg (full name Megara from Disneys Hercules) but gets called Megsy, Meggy, Meggy-Lou. Hubbie calls her mega-cat or kit kat

Our dog is called Archie but gets called Archer, Archie boy, baby boy dog, brother (by my son)

I also sing songs to them which my daughter says is disturbing and annoying lol

We had a cat called Jasper, got called Jabba (the Hut) by me and my brother, he was a bit tubby at one point. He also limped all the time as his hip was a bit dodgy.

We also had a dog called Patti (my brother wanted to call her Marge, as in Simpson but my dad wouldn't allow it so she was names after one of Marge's sisters as a compromise. Anyway, my brother had a tendency to call her 'freakbag' most of the time. She was the softest most placid lab/staffie you could ever meet.
