I think if you try a bit harder by using Google it shouldn't be a problem to find an installer.
So the 4k grant for swi we get back pays for their paperwork & extra protection ? i.e. just go direct and haggle and you may end up better off.
Now we are in March did I miss the Feb re-start to GD ?0 -

Government said last year that In February £70m would be released, obviously it's gone past February now. That is the only information that has been released regarding the third round"talk sense to a fool and he calls you foolish" - Euripides0 -

Can anyone recommend a boiler replacement installer in the North West who covers Blackburn under the Green Deal scheme?
I'm trying to get some quotes together, so far only 1 firm has responded (Leverhome based in Bolton)
Ideally I'm looking for first-hand experience of the installer, quotes and feedback.
It looks like I'm entitled to a voucher worth £1750 but i don't want to install a new bolier if the quote minus the voucher is more than getting someone to install a new boiler independantly.
The Green Deal website list of installers is poor too. Can't search in order of distance etc.0
