  • Hi All,

    My HSG went well :j

Should remind myself that from next appointment I should not be reading too much on internet. becuase I read so many stories of how painful it is that I was very tensed in the morning which delayed things.

The person doing the test was so helpful. She told me imagine about the babies which I will have in future if everyhting goes well. I never expected that NHS people will be so nice. One lady even held my hand the whole time as my DH was not allowed inside.

Anyhow the good news is I dont have any blocked tubes. I will get a full report on October 21st at my next appointment.

    Hugs to all.

Hugs for all those with strange cycles at the moment, and the CD1's.
September is quiet so far in terms of BFP's - will there be a rush towards the end of the month I wonder?

Loveactually - glad the hsg went well, hope your report comes back in a positive way (though never sure whether positive is to know there is an issue or for there not to be an issue)

Nothing to report at all from me, thought that with OH moving in we would DTD more often but actually haven't done it at all!! Better get at it over the next week I think!!

Love actually glad to hear your HSG went well and tubes are ok.
  • Glad your HSG went well, they were lovely to me too and help my hand. Mine made me yelp briefly but then it was over. Glad your tubes are looking good.

so glad your hsg wasn't as bad as you feared love actually and that you were well looked after x

    Hugs for CD1 x

I'm sorry your scan didn't show anything yet PM I hope the increased dose works for you x

Nothing much happening here just waiting for AF to appear. On a positive note the horrible lady from my office (I'm sure I must have mentioned her) won't be with us for much longer. She took voluntary redundancy when our department was "streamlined" and I only have to put up with her for 7 more working days :j:T

My stress levels will be so much lower when she's gone and since she does nothing anyway my workload won't increase. We had a really busy day today and everyone was rushing around helping out as one of my colleagues called in sick (unfortunately with a full diary) I had appointments every hour all day and managed to cover 3 of her appointments too and everyone else helped with the others even though they were also super busy. My soon to be ex colleague had ONE appointment and when someone came in needing to be seen and she took the call then she E-MAILED the rest of the team and all it said was "Mr S is in reception" and marked it as urgent

    and breathe

    wow I guess I needed a rant! :p

    hugs to all x

  • Can I join? Just stopped taking the pill and had my first bleed. According to fertility app I'm on CD7. Seems like this whole conceiving thing is very complicated! Don't understand half of the abbreviations or even the words they stand for! What should I be dong to aid conception at this stage? Any advice for a first timer?
    Thanks
