    :j:jCongratulations Kynthia:j:j

It is nice to know that someone can conceive naturally after 10 months. We are now on 10 months and this is the first cycle using Clomid. I know we may have jumped the queue in respect of going to the doctor but I just knew something wasnt right. When you temp, have +OPK and BD at the right time but nothing is happening there has to be a reason. That reason is I am not ovulating. Answers quite a lot of questions that.

Tinkwings - good luck on the 2ww

Purcy - I read out to DP what the receptionist said to you last night and he was livid. He doesn't agree that a receptionist should be able to provide test results to patients over the telephone - especially ones who have the sensitivity of a breeze block. Hope you're ok.

Squirrel - I've had that happen to me - scary. It happens now and again but I know if its bright then its fine.

    Lolly - welcome :T

Claire - I am 5'3" and weight 7st 9lb so I am just in the "normal" range - whatever that means. I can eat what I want when I want and really struggle to put on weight! So I completely understand.

    Partmouse - hope you're coping ok x

    Code - bring on OV!!!!

Mrs Muffin - hope you are not too busy to BD! hehe

Kelly - hope you survived your night shift

Catlover - totally understand how you feel. I cant wait to feel what its like to get a BFP. It seems like its never going to happen :o

Pickle - good luck with the FS

Mrs TM thanks for doing the lists - I check them everyday! Hugs for CD1

    Kalama- bring some sunshine back!

Loulou - at last AF has arrived. Make sure your doc takes you seriously about missing a period x

Faith - we did the mammoth every day for about 10 days - got sick of the sight of each other by the end! Glad it worked for you xx

Becsx - just keep at it - that way no chance you can miss it. When I used by CBFM I had some cycles with no peak - i think it all dpeneds sometimes on the sticks.

Angel - no idea about inositol - what is it?!

AFM - we have so far BD on CD10, 12 and 13. Today is 14. I think the OPK did get a little darker yesterday but I messed the test up as had to do it at work and did it midstream.....so I will know tonight if it is darker as I can pee in a pot and stir ! :D

Did use some conceive plus last night - TMI - not much came out this morning when I went for a wee....we will catch the illusive egg. I hope the clomid does its job.....

    xxx

Oh mrs tm in answer to your question, I don't get nauseous as such at the start of AF but I get a stomach upset 1-2 days before or on cd1/2 and that could make me feel a bit yucky.

I just eat plain stuff if I feel like that. And normally a ton of chocolate on cd1!

Little me I'm the same height and weigh 7st 4. My ibs doesn't help either as I feel bloated really easily. Good luck with the clomid! I agree no need to wait if something is wrong.

If you type in inositol and ovulation in google all will become clear! :) it's supposed to help. Especially for ladies with pcos.

i took inositol throughout my cycles, there's no research to suggest there's any issues with it in the 2ww
in fact i've just looked at one of the research papers and they took it daily for 6-8 weeks so the research is based on it being taken throughout the cycle
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15251831

Also loulou your period is probably different as it's a 'breakthrough bleed'-basically in your 2ww progesterone keeps your lining thick and then when that drops off it breaks away. if you don't ovulate it just keeps getting thicker until there's too much and it comes away.

Thank you! When I saw the result I started shaking and now I'm thinking 'what now'? When do I tell people, what can and can't I eat and do, when do I see my gp, can I still take my conception vitamins, can I still have the light therapy I just paid £200 for, when do I get a 'baby on board' badge for my commute? Can I stop dieting, when will I get morning sickness, when will my trousers get tight, will I be okay holidaying in France at 3 months, will people guess when I don't drink at my hubbie's birthday celebration or the 40th birthday 80's night next month, when will I need maternity clothes, what name will we call it?:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Hubbie would have me see the GP tonight if he could and definitely wants to come along. For those that want to know what we did different, it was my first month of FF VIP membership and looking at prior cycles it showed me that we'd never had a high chance just medium and low. So I ensured we dtd four times between 0-3 and 0+1. Ha ha, I wonder if it was my birthday we conceived or on ovulation day where I practically forced him. :rotfl:

Thank you all for your support, it's been an interesting 10 months of ttc.
    many congrats xxxxxxxxx :j:j:j
If you can think it........it will happen

Little me thanks am hanging in there, how are you?

Becs so exciting about finding a home :D

Sorry if iv'e missed anyone. In the next few weeks weve got repeat of dh sa and my hsg.TMI the withdrawal bleed for duphaston is horrific :( not having any natural cycle and being reliant on provera etc plays havoc with your body.

I just took it for the few days leading up to ov, and stopped when I got a temp rise. So probably only four or five days out of the cycle.

Good luck with the house... exciting!! :D

I'm sorry I didn't, are you taking anything else? I've heard clomid is terrible for headaches x
