Yay! Congrats Kynthia :j your news had come at a good time for me as I've been feeling pretty down the last few days. We've been TTC for 9 months and I've been starting to feel that as nothing has happened (I.e. I've never ever gotten pregnant in my life) then I'm probably going to need help, especially as we have DTD on the key dates each month too. I know it's stupid to feel like that because 9 months isn't a long time (especially to all you lovely ladies that have been on this horrible journey much longer than me) but that's what my stupid mind thinks (sorry if that offends anyone- I really don't mean to) To hear that you have gotten your BFP naturally after 10 months TTC is a real big boost xxx

Afm - hubby said last night that "we must have a good shot this month" as we DTD for 3 days before OV and 2 days after. I got annoyed with him because he doesn't realise that saying we had a good shot will just make me more upset if it doesn't happen again he didn't really understand bless him.

Anyway - sorry for my little pity party above. TFi Friday! :j

Still in my 2WW here, not feeling very positive about the month, but determined not to sink into a massive mire of depression when AF turns up, unlike last month!

Seeing my FS later so will finally get my HSG results and blood tests. I'm assuming they would have told me if anything was wrong but you never know, it all feels very amateur....

catloverbex - big hugs. we are all allowed a pity party when we need it. My OH has already said that he doesn't want me getting myself worked up until it's been a year, as that is the oft repeated average TTC time. Easier said than done though when we're the ones dealing with the hormones and the sense of responsibility...

I had a lovely email from the furry monster's family today, saying she was home safe and sound and fast asleep (and making a huge hairy mess). We are also welcome to go and visit once we get back in September.

I'm starting to get very excited about starting to prep to come home. We are going to order our lovely new bed today, as well as do some looking at things like fab new towels. All of ours (which were cheapy ones 8 years ago) have been died a sort of murky brown by the rubbish water here.

Like catloverbex this also makes me hopeful as we have been TTC for around the same time and I really am starting to convince myself that something's wrong, but if you got your BFP after ten months without any help then there's hope for me yet

Still no positive OPK for me.... - next month (assuming Im still here) I think Ill have to try more expensive ones unless one of you knows of a more reliable cheap option ?(rather than some random seller on ebay!)
I sound like Im asking for a dealer!!
