But what I was going to say is that I'd find it interesting to know how often couples BD normally when not TTC. My husband and I have been together for 10 years and don't BD very often. I'm quite a shy person so don't talk to friends about this sort of thing!! I think this is why we've never got preggers. Been off the pill for a year and a half now but am not surprised that we have not got preggers yet as only really do the deed once or twice a month & never have taken any notice of OV date until now. In fact-i had no idea about ovulation dates etc until recently!! Now that we're actively TTC we'll be BDing more I hope!

We definitely bd way more now were ttc! We used to bd maybe twice a week then not do it for 3-4 weeks then do lots of bd. Or have a month and do it maybe twice. Kind of random really.

Onto the how often we BD question, we tend to do it 2 or 3 times a week (not bad as we've been together for 15 years!) But now we do it more around ovulation time, and then might have a week off.

We are a very open couple though and can talk comfortably about anything, there is literally no off limit subjects.

That would freak me out too!

On a more positive note - is this a new product from clear blue? That means you don't need to buy a £55 monitor?? Or have I gone mad? Im going to buy it if it is! But all the reviews are pretty recent!? But then seems weird as why would anyone buy their monitor when you can buy these as its the same price as buying 20 sticks for the monitor? And you don't need a monitor!

Hello lovely ladies

Thanks to all who posted re my blood test. I'm keeping positive.. Until we know borderline for what..and if they can or can't help..

Just rang dad to wish happy Father's Day! He lives abroad and had no idea it was today! Lol mum had hid the card months ago..luckily she knew where :-)

Have a great day whatever you all doing - catch up tomorrow as I have done something slightly crazy and invited 5 adults and a child for Sunday lunch! As well as me hubbie and 2 step children :-) xx

How old are your step children ttc39?

Oh no Becca. I've got 2 friends with babies, one I don't think will get their kid christened I'm not sure about the other one cos she's really religious but I think they might do 'baptisms' at an older age. It's all quite happy clappy the church she goes to so I'd just say I'm not comfortable going.

I've ordered the clear blue thing quite excited about it!

Claire they are not religious so no idea why they're doing it. We are godparents so not even like I can sit at the back and sulk. I'm a horrible person!!!

Oh no I hate it when people do it like that - why not just have a naming ceremony.

Becca, I've not been to a christening in years. At family ones we usually have a bet on how long it will take my brother to fall asleep.

Well stress seems to have messed up my body. My FF chart is doing a convincing impression of a mountain range, according to my last temperature I should have hypothermia right now and I haven't had any ewcm. Since I normally (ha!) get a week of ewcm, guessing I'm not oving anytime soon.
