Hello all, sorry for my grumpy outburst yesterday, this AF has been such a blow.
We did everything right... Clomid taken and all. New appointment made with fake gynecologist for later in the month. I have to run out after work and buy tampons, stupidly I hoped I'd not need them!
Next month I have to pack my bags for the other thread, is one welcome in both?0 -

Yeah its our first appointment. When we went to the docs to give us a referral they gave us a code to use on the nhs choose and book website. we then chose our own appointment which was 9 weeks away. I was expecting longer tbh but it still seems ages away x0 -

Hi folks,
I am using a sock account and would just like a bit of advice. My situation is slightly different - I am a single woman using a friend as a sperm donor. I can only really get to see him when I'm fertile. Last week I ordered some ovulation tests (just cheap strip ones) - they had good reviews on Amazon.
My last period was May 7th (before that April 2nd) and I usually have a longer than average cycle - however I am regular. They arrived on Saturday. I did the first ovulation test on Saturday at around 11 AM. It was positive, two very strong dark lines. I did another on Sunday at around 11 AM and it was also positive, two very dark lines.
Monday I took one around 10.30 AM and it had the dark control line and the test line was pretty much nearly the same colour, it was lighter but not really light. I wasn't sure whether this counted as positive or not so didn't put it down on Fertility Friend.
I saw my friend today and we 'did the deed' twice (). I took an ovulation test at about 4.30 this evening and the control line was there with another line that was lighter than yesterday but still very very noticeable.
I'm pretty sure I have a short luteal phase.
So, finally, the advice I'm looking for - does it seem like it might possibly have been a good fertile time? I had EWCM Sat/Sun and noticed I seeemd quite (sorry) 'wet' yesterday but didn't really notice today as I've been busy.
I thought I would've missed it having got the positive result on Saturday and not being able to see my friend until Tues but not sure if the test yesterday classes as positive?
OK....and *breathe* I hope I'm understood! I feel like it's not going to make any sense.
Baby dust to all. :beer:0 -
I'm having a really low day today
For the last few months a week past OV I seem to get really bloated and although its not painful it is uncomfortable. Its kind of like pressure in my stomach and occassional popping noise. It then disappears a day or 2 before AF arrives. So google (which is evil!) came out and now I have freaked myself out with various diagnosis.
I am going to book a drs appointment I think although I am really worried it may be endo or something...
I suppose I just needed a little rant0
