Trying for a Baby Part 9

Morning ladies. Well ff has put me at 3 dpo which would mean we did bd at right times. Hmmm. Can someone look at my chat and see what they think? X
Temps match up, bit odd youve got a positive opk at 1dpo though.
If you keep putting your temps in ff will always move it if it thinks its wrong after you've entered more.
Either way you still bd lots of times so should be in with a good chance!0 -

Thanks Claire. I'm wondering if my PCOS is sparking off all the weird +OPKs I've had this month.
At least I know I've oved now. Phew!
As to all the ladies asking about time of day to BD, I've tried every time of day and most positions possible and it still hasn't worked so I don't think there's much in it!First baby due 3/3/14 - Team Yellow! Our little girl born 25/2/140 -
Morning all! Thanks for the birthday messages yesterday, nice to feel loved and makes turning 1 year older a little easier to bear!
Got a high on my CBFM this morning so hopefully we'll have a birthday week conception if we're lucky?!
Hugs for CD1 Elsie and Catloverbex.
As for the morning vs evening BD, we just BD when we can!It tends to be at lunchtimes mid-week since OH is too tired at night and would kick-off if I woke him at 6.30 for BD in the morning (fair enough considering he finishes work at 10pm) so we have to settle for lunchtime quickies which means not a lot of time for lying around afterwards.
It's not ideal, but better than nothing and I keep telling myself that he's got super fast c0ck dolphins so surely the best ones will already be on their way by the time I have to jump up and leg it back to the office hoping that my beard burn doesn't give me away! :rotfl: Although I try to satisfy myself with that logic, clearly it's not correct since I'm not PG... but lets not dwell on that!
Oh and Becca, just realised a PM I sent at the weekend didn't actually *go* (can't get the hang of typing stuff and it sending on my tablet, must have fat fingers!)... so THANK YOU for the CBFM sticks! I love how generous our ladies are on here!

Well the TWW SSing and guessing continues. Didn't trust my temps this morning. We DTD at 3 am (our usual time :rotfl: and I woke up again at 5 so thought don't have another full three hours sleep left and took temp but that was obviously after interrupted sleep too. Temp went down a bit but I better wait and see what tomorrow's does.
Yes so middle of the night is our usual time as we're both a bit coy and don't jump each other in broad daylight more like the victorians in the dark under the covers :rotfl: . No seriously, that's just how it is out of practical reasons (DS walking in, tiredness etc). But at least that gives plenty of time for lying around afterwardsDEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -
Just to wade in on the time of day thing - I've tried them all, and most positions, in my 2.5yrs of ttc. The cycle I got my only ever bfp (which was actually 3/5/13, not the 4th, which doesn't really matter but I've been looking at it wondering why it looked weird to me lol) we'd DTD in the afternoons, quickies, and I think I jumped back up and got back to whatever virtually straight away. Also, for any ladies worrying about 'o'ing during the crucial BD, I don't recall that happening either.
I have asked medical professionals before about propping up the bum etc and they've said it doesn't make a difference, maybe if you had a tilted cervix, but still doubtful. I do notice when bd is timed right though, no matter how long I lie there, it takes longer for his 'stuff' to reappear

Hello everyone  thought it was time I de-lurked on this thread after following you all for a few days - am trying desperately hard to get the hang of all the abbreviations, but it's quite difficult at the moment!
Anyway, a bit about us - I'm 31 and DH is 39. We were married in November and I always thought I wanted to be married for a year before trying for babies. However, loads of friends my age having fertility problems has made us rethink this and so we are trying from this month.
I have always been incredibly regular, but have had two very strange and irregular months recently after a colposcopy following an abnormal smear - has anyone else ever had this? All ok with the test, no treatment required, but am hoping I'll get back to normal this month.
Good luck to everyone and commiserations to those not lucky this month x.0 -
Welcome Becsxxx! May your stay here be short!
I had two very irregular cycles (17 days) after having surgery (on my spine). I think they any tinkering about in our bodies can mix things up a bit, but doesn't mean there is anything to worry about.
If you need any help with abbreviations just ask, took me ages to work out that BD meant baby dance, which I think is really cute0
