Most women ovulate 1 or 2 days after the LH surge. For me, it was 2. So tomorrow or Thursday will be 0dpo for you. It takes a little while for the LH to do it's thing in your body :)

And thank you for the congrats ladies. I spent so long on this thread it seems more than home than the other one.

Claire - Nevermind moving 2 hours, driving 2 minutes up the road can less than half the house prices in a lot of areas I've lived in! We are very lucky to live in a nice area, surrounded by other nice areas, but the other side of 'town' if you like....we could buy a bigger house for a fraction of the price of what ours cost. But then again you can't change your neighbours or view from your window so best to get good ones! Hope you're doing okay anyway :) xx

Haha that made me laugh! Remind me of someone I know who had a jeremy Kyle guest type move in oppOsite her who painted her garden fence bright pink & purple stripes and had wild parties!

I have to drive quite a way to find anywhere remotely half the price, I mean I found a house in a council estate here that was ok in size but it was still £190k. It's only 2 mins from the nicer area but still so pricey.

So yeah we'd have to move at least 1 hour away just to get a reduction but half price would require a lot longer. I do love where we live though. So just have to keep saving!

    Morning ladies. How's it going?

Not having a great day. Started off with me waking up at 2am and having to run to the loo to be sick I'm almost never sick but this has happened a couple of times this month and it's always been stomach acidy so now I'm worried I have a stomach problem. My back and hip are also aching which isn't a good thing. I feel like a little old lady and I actually have to go into the office today which involves 2 trains and some walking, carrying the world's heaviest laptop.

Its also a fast day which is no problem as my tummy feels upset.

At least the sun is out.

How's your new dog? Do you have a name yet? Maybe you're allergic to something?

Any link between starting the diet and the tummy problems?

    Morning All,

Lilymay - Hope this is a sticky one. Two months in a row after trying for so long...its like waiting for buses. Did you take clomid this cycle?

Code - Hope you are feeling better soon.

Hello Newbies:wave:. Hope you have a short pleasant stay.

afm. OH has another SA at a different hospital today. This one is for the IVF assessment. Apparently all the other SA don't count as this one plays a big role in the type of treatment we will be offered.

Tinkwings - Ok, I love cake, and I love carrot cake. Oh, did I mention I love scones and millionaire shortbread. I'm the best kind of guest as I'll pretty much eat anything. I'll get my car keys……… ;) Birthday ink? Did you get a tattoo? Oooo, I'm allergic to pain so can't ever have one :)
I read on and seen your note. I love lillies. What a nice thought to add an extra paw print too. :)

Chelseablue - August isn't that far away, but I'm impatient just like you. It'll be here before you know it (hopefully with some sun!) :) My OH isn't bad with money but that's usually cause I'm controlling it all and there's very little spare :rotfl:

Pesky :rotfl: Love that after 2, you're still a novice…… :rotfl: You're certainly in good company :D

Team Lowe - Pretty sure they don't only allow uber skinny people to get tattoos, although I'd love to see them weigh people on the way in, and then send them back out as rejects! Is that a bit mean? Lol. Oh, buying your own little bit of something to call home is great. No one to decide that you need to move out, no restrictions on what you can change and it really becomes your own. From someone who previously rented a few years, I'd say don't look back. I hope the appointment all goes well…... :)

Fannyanna - Pleased that the SA came back fine. I bet that's a relief! Hope another eggy pops for you soon :)

Faith2009 - it's funny how you really notice weird things in your cycle whilst paying attention. Hope that your cycle gets straight back on track after your early AF. :)

Birdie - I guess fun now means lots of booze and giggling! Hope you enjoy your night away. :)

Chocoholic - Sorry for AF arriving. It WILL happen, it will, I know it will and I said it our loud, so it has to happen now ;)

Faithhope (just realised that we have 2 hope's. I'm now destined to get you ladies mixed up :)) I'm sure I did read somewhere that the time of day you DTD can have an impact depending on when OV actually occurs. That said there are so many variables so I guess it's good not to always DTD at the same time of the day. Easier said than done sometimes…… :) Hope that the OPK's can give you some extra guidance along the way…….

Emmaj30 - Hope the results are all good today, and the appointment goes well tomorrow. Don't let them fob you off, lol

Alice - Thanks for looking at my chart. As I said yesterday, I'm far from convinced with the lower coverline etc. I've spent the last few days temping and expecting a drop and then spent all day knicker checking for AF :rotfl: Maybe test in a few days? (gulp). I had a lovely week off work. Really felt like I'd been away from work too, as sometimes your time off just disappears before you get a chance to enjoy it. The sun was out here today but the winds made it feel very cold! Hoping for better today. I can't remember the last time I put some washing outside to dry!

Mincepie - I'm sure your friend will really appreciate the support. Maybe take them to the swings for half an hour even just to give her time for a peaceful cuppa. Little things means so much when you're going through the ringer……

Lilymay - My god woman, shout if from the rooftops! I know you're a little hesitant, but it's fantastic news! I had to read your post 3 times to work out if you were saying it was a BFP! :yay:
Do have to agree with you about location and neighbours etc. We bought a smaller house but in a great area and have absolutely no regrets that we made the best choice...

Beautybutterfly - I've been keeping an eye on your posts seeing as you're quite a bit late. Someone has probably asked this and I can't remember the answer - do you temp? I'm thinking that you don't and that you do use OPK's, but they won't confirm that you 'actually' OV'd….. Hope the next test gives you some happy news (fingers crossed!) :)

Claire16c - Those house prices are eye watering! Hope you guys find something at the right time and at the right price! The house prices was one of the main reasons I moved from the South Coast. Stupid prices! Well done on finishing week 5. I'm so in awe of you doing this, you should feel really proud of yourself :)

Goppers - I wish I only had a half stone to lose! 7 little pounds, you can do it! :D I'm sure your cycles will become clear after another month of tracking. Funny how so many of us have weird cycles. I think normal cyclea are one of those myths!

Catloverbex - At least you DTD just incase - can't do any harm…….. A nice cbfm treat. Hope you get along with it. Remember not to feed it more sticks once you see your peak. I know someone else mentioned this again last week but it never hurts to remind ourselves on saving a few quid :) I hope your OH does have an appointment today for his SA :rotfl:

Sophiasmum - Aw, you poor thing. I hope your knee gets better soon. On the bright side, you can now relax with your feet up for a little while. :)

Jammy - Good that you OV'd on a month you have the cbfm. Hope it's a lucky charm! ;)

    Thriftylass - 2 in row? Yeesh! ;)

Kalama - welcome  TTC and moving across the world?! You certainly have your hands full. Hope that we can help you along your journey :)

Code - sorry you've been up unwell in the night. Hope it passes soon whatever it is!

Ok, so I'm 5th on the hopefuls list. So not too much pressure yet :p. Thanks for the lists Becca. It's not escaped my notice that no one had said kajungas this week. Hoping for one this week :D

  • Thanks for all the well wishes ladies,

Twigpig: someone mentioned this this other day on here; I think I'm still gonna test and if its negative I'll assume I didn't ov this month an I'll wait for my wonderful AF. I know it can happen to anyone at any time but I've never totally missed a period, even since I came off the pill. Got my own fingers crossed for a BFP in the Morning!

Fire - Yes, I did. I took it days 3-7 of my m/c bleed though so not advised by my consultant. Seems to have worked for us though. M/C was at 6 weeks so thankfully didn't mess with my cycles very much. Current EDD is Christmas Day.....

Twig - No shouting from the roof-tops here. Just taking each day as it comes :o

Good luck to all those hoping for good news this month. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
