I had been really good about eating healthily, doing everything right and generally motivated before, especially when I thought I was pregnant. When my period started, I gave it all up and started drinking caffeine again(!), eating lots of chocolate, and even had 3 glass of wine (I've barely drunk alcohol in the 14 months we've been TTC) and escaping generally from reality by reading erotic novels....

But I want to get back on track now and try to start meal planning etc again.

I will keep you updated about how it goes...

So sorry about your sad news ejecoms. I have taken you off the April graduates list and the thread graduates list as requested.

Also have added you to the list at CD19. Hope this is correct.

No news from me today. I have an exam in less than 2 weeks and am cramming like a mad thing, and stressing.

Went back to WW today for the first time in months and have put on a total of almost 1 1/2 stone since last October, which is horrendous. I am back on the plan BIG TIME tomorrow, and this time I mean it. Today I wore trousers to work that I had previously put in the charity shop pile because they were too big - now they are skin tight Enough is enough. It can't be helping the whole babymaking business carrying this extra weight, so it has got to go.

I was just popping in to say can I be taken off the list? Or have a separate title? I'm not temping/ doing opk's/ bothering with anything as IVF is inevitable so there's not really a point....

You wouldn't have to bother with my CD or anything... I am surprisingly superstitious about coming off the list as then *it'll never happen*...

I'm feeling more positive since yesterday when my CBFM gave me a peak on CD18. I was convinced I was going to have a really long cycle and not ovulate at all after what happened. However, I did get this peak 1 hr after my OH had left for the 2 hr drive to work, not planning to be back for 5 days... I persuaded him to come back to DTD last night. He got back about 10pm, then had to leave again at 5am this morning poor thing.

He said to me 'I know you really want another baby, but don't lose sight of the things that you have now' and he's right, I haven't really been present in my own life recently.
