Pizza Hut do gluten free bases too. But I think it's a bit minging in there :(

There is a lot of awareness of coeliac disease now though, and most supermarkets do a decent gluten free range and many restaurants also cater well for coeliacs.

Code I am feeling very positive for you this month!

Tinks that's so sad. I'm so sorry. Huge huge hugs. I am absolutely dreading July 4th I think I will be massively depressed if I'm not pregnant by then. I guess you just think oh well 9 months that's enough time, except really it's a lot shorter than that as you're already at least 1 month pg when you find out let alone have a mc.

Mrs TM I got a call today too. I hope I don't have to use the monitor!

Atton are you really sure you are 26dpo?

Just getting up the motivation to do the final run on wk 3 of the c to 5k!

Atton I just checked your chart for you and I personally think you're on cd9 and about to ovulate/ovulated today. Which matches your last cycle.

Why hasn't it started a new cycle for you on cd27 when you had bleeding?

Oh dear Mrs_T_M it must be hard without bread, one small glimmer of niceness if you like me love pizza express pizza, you can take in a gluten free base and they will turn it into a delicious pizza!

I'd rather make my own pizzas. Much better crusts than what can be bought in my opinion. I really wouldn't trust any place that offers gf items alongside wheat filled items due to cross contamination.

Unless I can find the Genius bread marked way down in tesco or the co-op (I usually only buy it when it's 35p) I won't buy anything specifically gluten free. Well, I do enjoy the herb and onion crackers that Morrisons have, and I haven't ventured into making my own gf crackers yet.

The only thing that I crave when I'm gluten free is crunchiness. So long as I have popcorn kernals, I'm good to go. I already make my own spice mixes, sauces, etc so that they are gf, so it's really not going to be that big of a jump to just cut out bread. The only thing that's getting me is that I cannot find any gf worcestershire sauce anywhere local, so I'm afraid that I may need to order some, unless H&B have some. I really hope I don't need to make my own of that!

Hopefully us taking it easier on the ttc front will be the 'relax and it will happen' that everyone and their cousin seem to want to recommend. I want to play with the monitor, but I'd rather have a baby, so if it happens before then, I'll gladly forgo playing with the monitor and the £50 of vouchers!

Try Henderson's Relish. Very similar but gluten-free, apparently. Slightly sweeter perhaps.

If you had clots & half a day of bleeding I'd personally call it AF. Your temp also crashed when you started spotting so that fits in too.

Headaches can be an ov symptom. You've also got fertile fluid at a time you normally ovulate.

I'd override FF and make it a new cycle.

If you were pregnant you should have a bfp by now and I don't think your temp would have dipped.

I would be bding tonight incase you ovulated today!

Hi All - cant believe how fast this thread moves! Still aching from my first run (!) that's how unfit I am - going out again tomorrow.
Goppers - I took Cerazette after I had my first baby - took 6 months for my first period... sorry to have to tell you that but you could be in for a wait x fingers crossed you get yours sooner than that!
TinkWings - your story has really struck a cord as I have just had a miscarriage. I truly hope you get pregnant soon.. Im 38 and really wanted to have my 3rd at 38! That's not going to happen now :(

I had a letter through today inviting me for a 12 week scan (after getting told I would get taken off the systems) - was not impressed. But onwards and upwards. I feel really well, am trying to be healthier and am thinking positive atm.

MrsTM I'm gluten free (coeliac) and cook everything from scratch. There is a link between undiagnosed coeliac and miscarriage. I was told to take iron tablets for 6 months of ttc because of the severity of my gut problems pre diagnosis.
Fluffnutter I'm off to order that relish. My DH always complains he can't use that in his cooking anymore.

Tinkwings here's to hoping it is fab news for you in the near future.
Sophie so sorry about the letter, it's so insensitive.

I've never had issues with my iron (even with massively heavy AF's every two weeks when I was 12-14), but there's no telling what is going on inside without testing. I'll probably be going gf again soon anyway, regardless of what the test says, but I have to keep eating it until I'm tested. At least it's much easier here to be gf. In the US, people will look at you like you'd just grown two more heads if you say you're intolerant to any food or allergic (except to peanuts... that's considered normal there...).
