I felt like if I err pushed my finger anymore it might disappear :rotfl:

I had a look at that beautiful cervix website but what I see on there looks nothing like what I'm feeling! I know it's the right bit because it definitely feels either softer or harder but the only way I can describe it is it feels like I'm feeling like the tip of my nose but it doesn't stop? Sorry bad explanation lol I don't know how to word it. It doesn't feel circular? I can't feel anything like a line or circle. It's like there is no end? Lol

Have you definitely found the opening? Just thinking cos mine is often off to the side so if just poked a finger up there it would feel like a smooth ball shape but if you feel round the sides of the ball you find the opening.
When mines closed it feels like it's been stitched, a bit bumpy and not quite together, when it's open it feels like a narrow bottleneck

I'm still here lurking. Just focusing more on the gym and new hobbies than on being on the computer. Still haven't weighed, but I feel better, so the gym is doing some good. The best bit about me going to the gym is that DH has begun to notice me 'shrinking' and has definitely made it known that he likes the direction I'm going by bd'ing with me 4 times in the past week! That's unheard of for us, even when I first moved over here (we were married 4 1/2 months before I could move to the UK). Went to the craft store and the grocery store while I was out today and ended up getting way too much to carry, but I carried it anyway. Needed to take a few breaks climbing the hill, but I made it! Had some spotting when I got home, so I believe I've OV'd (yipee for the well timed bd!!!). We will see when I take my temp in the morning.

The new hobby is cross stitch btw. Watched a few videos online about the basics, and I'm going to dive in and try to make DH one of these: http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t280/posey18/YoshiStitch2.jpg

Hugs to everyone and sorry that I've been so quiet! I have been reading and keeping up with everyone, I just haven't had anything to report. :o

Another OPK tonight and this one is negative (a very faint second line) so it seems that I have had an allusive LH surge.

What day do you think I should class as 1dpo? I'm guessing today or tomorrow but would appreciate your opinions.

Had a positive on Saturday and what looked like another positive yesterday (although Hubby said it was fainter yesterday). I then had spotting this morning. So maybe I'm ovulating today (WOW) and tomorrow will be 1dpo. Does that sound about right?

I guess I'd better jump Hubby again tonight (and maybe tomorrow morning).

I've definitely found something but perhaps not the opening? It doesn't help I'm a bit squeamish and afraid of what I'm touching! I just feel like its sort of never ending? I can't reach what's above it. Maybe I should just leave it as its another sign for me to obsess over. At least an opk I can see it lol

I guess ill try again later now you've given me that description & give up if I can't work it out.

I'm so excited! I had a PEAK on my CBFM yesterday! I'm almost as excited as if it was a BFP! My DH wasn't nearly as excited as me, so I thought I would share on here! DTD last night, planning to again tonight. Even if I don't get preg this cycle, I'm delighted to know I'm ovulating and that my cycles are returning to a more normal length (ovulating on CD17).

I'm glad to say I've never felt my cervix... feel a bit squemish about the idea. I used to have a mirena coil and was meant to check the threads were still there each month but never even did that. I do look out for EWCM but that's as far as it goes.

Fannyanna - sounds to me like you're just oving - it's very exciting itsn't it!

    Love to all e x

Argh Facebook baby scan bomb! From someone who I really wasn't expecting it from! She lives 2 floors above me so I get to see her get lovely and bumpy *then* I can see her with her baby coming and going every day! How lovely... NOT! :p

Mrs T_M - There is a cross stitch cafe on the forum if you haven't already found it. The ladies are very friendly. I just finished a piece for my mums birthday

Fannyanna - Yay for ovulation :j

Mincepiemonster - Hugs for feeling blue and grumpy. We have all been there. We can't fix it but we can empathise.\

T2D - Thanks for volunteering to do the lists. I have no good excuse for not volunteering except I am pretty sure I would mess the whole thing up and make it worse for someone else to sort.

Twigpig - No sure if some else has already answered the question about the red dotted line. The horizontal line is your coverline and is the average temps before ovulation...temps above the line are your tww temps. The dotted lines only go solid if you enter verify ovulation in more than one way, temps, ewcm, opks, etc.

afm. Took my last clomid pill today, now just have to wait and see what happens.

Just a quick delurk, code, sorry your GP is so poo, and everyone else who has rubbish GPs, they are not all rubbish though-mine/ours was amazing, totally on the ball with referrals and bloods and tests, she really was great. All the Drs, nurses, embryologists, HCA's we have encountered on our journey have been fab (and we have seen a few) so keep your hopes up ladies-there are some good ones out there

My excitement has turned to tears tonight. I think it's today that I'm ovulating and we tried to bd this morning and tonight but it didn't happen.

I'm so upset. I feel awful saying this but I'm really angry with hubby. I ovulate for the first time in two years and I get nothing.

I know he can't help it and I know he feels awful but I'm too upset at the moment to massage his ego and reassure him.

I know it's possible for sperm to survive a few days but I really wish we could have done it on the day of ovulation.
