twigpig - i think it stays dotty unless you add in other signs to confirm it, like ewcm or OPK results but there's a definite shift there, so i'd say you oved when it thinks you have, well done lol
and the baby would be called Statton. duh :rotfl:

Thanks TeamLowe, I do own a CBFM but it's no good for me, as I only get highs for about 15 days and no peaks, lol. I usually update ewcm but I don't remember seeing any this month. Edited to say even when I added a hpt as positive, it still stayed dotted - how much more proof does FF need, lol

Thanks for looking for me. Loving Statton. You could shout across the Asda car park "come here, stat!". You'd sound like a surgeon..... :rotfl:

Twigpig, thanks for your comments. I think a dotted line on FF means that it's not clear cut and if you haven't paid for membership then I think it ignores other data like my CBFM results. Once when I got no lines I went into More / Settings / Overide/detector settings and changed the method of calculation to use my CBFM results. Maybe it's worth looking at the other detector settings for you, but I'm no FF expert.

Fannyanna I hope your 21 day blood test goes well. I guess I'm lucky my GP scheduled a day 23 and 25 due to my slightly longer cycle. I think I O'd day 17 so I'm thinking my day 25 test should register the best result.

All this talk of holidays brings up another issue. DH and I usually go away in early September but I don't know whether to book something as usual or leave it. I might be pregnant and I don't know how that will affect my ability to fly or what type of holiday I'd enjoy.

What are others doing about this? Would a cruise be good because of the luxury and amenities all being onboard or would I feel more seasick than normal?

I'm going on holiday in September. Didn't even consider not booking anything because if we didn't book stuff on the off chance I might get pregnant, we'd have had no abroad holidays for the past 3 years. Also you can fly up to your third trimester, so if I get pregnant this cycle, I can still fly. And if we do get pregnant this could be our final couples holiday.

You cant really put your life on hold while ttc so enjoy those holidays, rare steaks, glasses of wine and rounds of brie while you can because they may be your last for a while.

Oh and if we conceive while we're away, I am not calling our child Dubrovnik!!

Croatia's nice as a middle name. But perhaps only for a girl. We thought about Liechtenstein for a girl. And Skegness for a boy.

atton - 60 wees in a night????? you need to see a doctor, that's really not normal!

Claire - re: cervix, try and stick the tip of your finger in there! also after birth or miscarriage it's a line when it's closed due to the muscles having contracted or something. so mine is a line when it's closed and a circle when it's open, which makes things easier. you need to be tracking the pattern but i know mine is post-ov when it feels as hard as the tip of my nose

I felt like if I err pushed my finger anymore it might disappear :rotfl:

I had a look at that beautiful cervix website but what I see on there looks nothing like what I'm feeling! I know it's the right bit because it definitely feels either softer or harder but the only way I can describe it is it feels like I'm feeling like the tip of my nose but it doesn't stop? Sorry bad explanation lol I don't know how to word it. It doesn't feel circular? I can't feel anything like a line or circle. It's like there is no end? Lol

Edit-am I supposed to maybe feel more on that bump itself? It's just odd I feel like there's a gap above it but too scared to feel anymore! I feel like I'm about to reach my stomach lol!

...genuinely don't know if you're joking cos Croatia is a nice sounding word lol then again I hear a lot of terrible names, today's was Shevontay, made worse by the northern accent I'm sure

I always feel slightly annoyed at ladies who have been waiting years and years for their baby then call it something stupid . Seriously, you've had years to think of it and that's the best you come up with?

We also find it amusing when we get appeal forms and the older kids are like Scott and Amy, then a six year gap and the next one is Shaniqua, makes you wonder if the first dad as keeping mum's crazy name choices in check but second dad also wanted something 'unique'

From the bad morning sickness I had my idea of hell would be a cruise when pregnant! Stay on non moving dry land! :)

Twig pig I was gonna say maybe your thermometer is broken but you had static temps last month too! So I'd agree with FF.
