Congrats to all the bfps.
Quick question- I've been looking for something to either/both bring ovulation forward and/or lengthen my luteal phase. I'm already taking evening primrose, which I assume lengthened my cycle and luteal phase, but did not bring ovulation forwards.
What do I take and how do I use it?DS born November 2013 :smileyhea0 -

Agnus Castus might be the answer for you? Firstly though how long are your cycles/ LP?
I think most people only take EPO in the follicular phase of their cycle (before ov) as it has a mild contracting effect so can bring on AF/ prevent implantation. Here's one article that says that but there are more if you google it: http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art11649.asp0 -
Thanks TACOD. I do only take EPO until ovulation, then leave off it until AF.
Last month, my cycle was 37 days. I didn't ovulate until CD27. A LP of 10 days would be my longest ever known, but I spotted for 4 days before AF.
Usually, my cycles are around 34 days, with a LP of 7 days.
What would AC do for me? Holland and Barratt couldn't tell me much about it.DS born November 2013 :smileyhea0 -

Do you know how long your luteal phase is? If it's standard 14 days then you wouldn't be expecting to ov until CD 29...
I can't remember how new you are tia (sieve memory) but CD1 is the first day that you see bleeding so should be pretty easy to figure out what CD you're on now. If I were you I'd do them every day until you got a positive (within reason like! If your longest ever cycle has been 50 days and you know your LP is 14 then I'd do OPKs until CD37 to try and pinpoint my surge). Are you temping?
Thanks teaandcake, I am relatively new amongst this crowd on here. How do you calculate the LP? Everyone on here is so knowledgable - I dont think I even know that that is!!! Think I simply ruled this month out due to not seeing the OH and actually dtd at all  and also I only came off the pill in Dec and have only had one period since.
Congrats Trina, good luck with your pregnancy
Teamlowe - have you booked a viewing of the house or is it online browsing so far?!?!0
