Ryanair did not respond to my notice before action letter quoting the Wallentin-Hermann ruling.

Can I just clarify that the European Small Claims procedure costs £25? If I win, is that £25 refunded? If I lose, can Ryanair claim costs off me or is my liability limited to the £25?

I can't find any info/reports on problems with the enforcement of CCJs in Northern Ireland. Do you have any links please?
