    I'm gotten money back from them a couple of times in past without problem (though admittedly not by cheque). And Elvis isn't dead :)

    Can I just clarify that the European Small Claims procedure costs £25? If I win, is that £25 refunded? If I lose, can Ryanair claim costs off me or is my liability limited to the £25?
