So I might have gone on what you might describe as a "wipe based rampage" during my lunch hour.

I "wiped out" on the Kleenex wipes, not stocked in either of Chelmsford's Superdrugs - I've ordered these online. Nor could I easily get to Tesco, I might try at the weekend.

    I've got all of these to try;

    Poundland:
3 in 1 Make Up Removal Complete Cleansing Wipes (25wipes) x2 (2 packs for £1)
Icare 5 in 1 Eye Make Up Remover Pads (a double pack made up of x2 30 wipes, £1)

    From Wilkinson I got:
Johnson's Face Care Daily Essentials Fragrance Free Facial Cleansing Wipes (25 wipes, £1.50)
Skin Therapy Exfoliating Fragrance Free Facial Wipes (25 wipes, £0.67)

    From Superdrug:
Cucumber Facial Cleansing Wipes (25 wipes, £0.99)
    B.Quick 4 in 1 Cleansing Wipes (25 wipes, £2.50)

I picked up the B.Quick because the packaging is exactly the same as the No7 wipes although a different colour? Same plastic clip lid, plastic crinkles the same as the No7.... a dupe perhaps?

I then went in to Boots and I'm sure I saw exactly the same cucumber wipes? I don't know if my eyes were playing tricks on me by then though!!

Bearing in mind I'll get through a pack roughly once a month, I'll be sure to do a "Moromir's Monthly Wipe Review" or something!

I don't really buy anything anti-ageing specifically for that really, I just think about the high SPF day creams and keep out of the sun/use a high SPF when I'm in it. The two most ageing things are the sun and smoking so avoiding those are your best bet.

I just get stuff I like the look of, hence my enormous stash lol! My fave eye stuff is this, I prefer gels as I like my eyes to feel 'cool' :D

    http://www.boots.com/en/Sanctuary-Brightening-Eye-Gel-15ml_1109887/

I have to say I do have a Holy Grail product though, recently started using it and OMG it's worth its weight in gold! (But I did pay only about £15 for a 30ml pot ;)) But again, I bought it because I liked the sound of a 'marine' cream as I love anything connected to the sea.

    http://www.timetospa.co.uk/anti-ageing/anti-ageing-moisturisers/elemis-pro-collagen-marine-cream-50ml.aspx

Any more questions feel free, I could go on about this stuff all night lol!

    Thanks again kadison and maddiemay

I love the Sanctuary stuff so might try out the eye cream. I have Benefit eyecon eye cream but found that whenever I put this on before I went to bed I woke up with puffy eyes.

I will def invest in some SPF day cream. Would love to try the Marine cream - sounds like you got a bargain there. Will have to keep an eye out.

I've said this before and I'll say it again - I love this thread! So many helpful friendly people, thanks guys :j

    Has anyone tried this? http://www.superdrug.com/face/superdrug-hot-cloth-cleanser-with-muslin-cloth-150ml/invt/516251/&bklist=

I'm looking for a cheaper alternative to C&P and am deciding between this one and the Vitamin E one. I have oily/combination skin.

    TIA :)

  • Two UUs to report:

Britney Spears Fantasy: It's been emotional but farewell after 3 years. It would have finished a lot sooner but the pump spray broke so I had to dab the bottle on my skin to use it in the last few months. WIBA? Maybe, it smells lovely but it does sort of symbolise my mid 20s and I feel i should try out more 'mature' perfumes as I approach 28 in a few weeks (eek!)

African Pride braid spray for my extensions, has been replaced with an olive oil version

One naughty in: Rimmel Mocha lipstick from Poundland. Thought the colour would be a lot darker but a bargain none the less.

VALM and I are huge fans of Pro Collagen Marine Cream, you have to shop around for special offers, I could not afford it at the price quoted.

I got it as part of a set, the cream is worth around £50 alone and the set was only £40!

I found that eye creams always made my eyes puffy, since I switched to gel I've had no problems, but make sure you don't put eye cream on your eyelid as this can cause it. You want to put it under your eyes, then in the socket above your eyelid and up to your eyebrow.

QVC or timetospa often have excellent offers on if you want the marine cream and don't mind getting a set with other stuff in as well :A

    Morning all and welcome newbies.

And - yes I suppose my dog could be hankering after a lady, he has all his bits intact btw. Bless Harold, very typical of that breed.

Kadison - your MUA make up looks very pretty, I have some of their things and love them, especially the Heaven & Earth and Undressed pallettes.

VALM - I love American Horror Story - the scene in this series where they sang The Name Game was brilliant, Jessica Lange is fab. We used to watch a programme about a bunch of people who woke up in a motel in the middle of nowhere and couldn't leave. I can't remember the name, does anyone remember it.

My plans for the weekend involve re-decorating our bathroom and a bit of riding.

Persons Unknown - I LOVED that show!

Well I had a pamper evening:-)

PMTN - will take me years to get through all my nail varnishes but hey ho

UU -Avon spa face mask 5ml sachet. i bought a pack of these on offer years ago as I thought they would make a nice little present for someone...(turned out to be me):rotfl::rotfl:

UU- Visionary Soap Company lemongrass bathmelt. MMMMM lovely smell and I dont need to moisturise as it has oils in it. Bought from Oxfam as a fairtrade product. WBA

Will definately have a few more use ups this month, may need to rearrange my stash and free up some storage:-)

GA - Clairol semi-permanant hair colour, been in the stash for a few years and I never colour my own hair so put it in the charity bag

Been a good evening so far, few more bits from my stash used up, diet going well as I was busy pampering and not eating! and didnt go out so very money saving:money:now just have to stay away from Ebay and any other offers on the boards!

Does it go on offer at all or do you usually pay full price for it?
