Competitions Time End Dates

Hi everyone

Now we have the new sort by end date function on Competitions Time we need you to use the tool to let others know the end-date, rather than in the title, so we can get it working properly and help you all find the competitions you're looking for.

To help we'll be removing the ability to put the end date in titles this afternoon.

We're aware it is a big change to what you're used to but we really do feel this, combined with the end-date function, will help you in your comping.

Can you explain a bit more about this as at the moment the end date added to the title is just text like the rest of the title:)

What if a competition finishes at a specific time, e.g. 6pm?

I'm confused too, I like being able to see it clearly in the title?

I assume and hope the board will still function as normal for those of us who don't comp by end-date, I just want to see them as they are now, with most recent first??

But its nice and easy to see the end date in the title. Plus, if we bookmark and sort by date this won't work anymore!

Will there be the option to edit the end date if you make a mistake if it changes?

So can we now amend it if we get it wrong/end date changes? Also, will you be removing the 'unknown' option so that everyone has to put an end date, even if it is guessed?

I tried to edit the text in mine to, but gave up for this reason!
