Will it harm your case if this goes to court that you've published word for word the correspondence between you and this woman?

It seems a bit dodgy. Especially now the business has been named.

You've got the woman's extra product for free and now you appear to want to destroy her business.

    Seems a bit harsh.

Looks to me like the woman is wanting to destroy her own business.

Whats the difference between someone posting on here about a national company like dreams, Vodafone to air a complaint, and someone posting on here about a small one or sole trader. Do you view that as attempting to destroy someones business?

The OP has been restrained when compared to some of the threads about BT, Talk Talk etc.

The way in which the trader represented herself in the original thread, and has ducked and dived messing about with t&c's said it all really.

Not to mention she is not harassing the OP with calls, email and letters.

    Not harsh at all.
Harsh would be making up lies, posting libellous or defamatory comments about the seller and her business.
However, what the OP is doing is posting factual information. It seems the only person doing the business any harm is the seller, with her poor attitude and pigheadedness.
She's shown what type of character she is by things such as her sneaky changing of the T&Cs, the attitude shown in her post on here, and the lack of professionalism shown in all aspects of her correspondence with the OP.

It's a witch hunt against this woman. I am uncomfortable with people ganging up on someone on the Internet when all they know is one side of the story. For all anyone knows this all could be an elaborate lie to destroy this small business. There is no actual proof the "woman" was even the one who posted in the original thread. I suspect it was but if I wanted to destroy a business it would not be a bad idea to fabricate this whole situation online.

I don't believe this is the case, however I also don't believe naming the company and then posting private correspondence is a sensible decision.

Have we cleared up how 1m can be enough for 1 liner but yet 10m only makes 4 liners? Are they both the same width?

So do you also dislike the numerous threads on here about BT, Sky, Virgin, Mobile phone companies, Argos, etc?

If you can't see the difference between a major multinational company with an extensive operating budget and a one woman outfit then there is really no point continuing the discussion!

So I take it the OP also hacked the website and wrote the illegal T&C's to damage the traders reputation too? Not only the new addition but the ones that were already there?

Yes its possible. But is it probable? No.

No I'm not saying that but that's the only thing she can really be proven as to have done. Even if she has there is no law that says you can't change your T's & C's.

I know exactly what the difference is, why is it OK to damage a multinational where a single employee may have made a mistake or have a bad attitude but not a sole trader?

Because one disgruntled customer online is not going to damage an established multinational company. A small business on the other hand can be destroyed by this sort of bad publicity.
