STOP THE FOREIGN & COMMONWEALTH OFFICE WITHDRAWING GRATIS VISAS FOR CHERNOBYL CHILDREN COMING TO UK FOR RECUPERATIVE HOLIDAYS FROM BELARUS & UKRAINE.
Up to now the UK have provided visas free of charge for these children but are now proposing to charge £86 per child from April 2013.0 -
:mad:I would like to see supermarkets displaying in brackets after the price a figure showing the equivalent price per kilo. Internet grocery shopping gives this information. Supermarkets only offer it on some products and often use different units of equivalence which is confusing. Help shoppers make good choices about value.0

Healthy people who are unemployed should be made to do some voluntary work to raise their self esteem and make the few who don't want to work realise how enjoyable it can be to put something back int the community.0

Can the the UK government co-ordinate with other countries a system of international credit-checking and credit reports? It's apparently a well-known ruse to come to the UK on a visa from countries like India, work here for a while, then just before leaving take out phone contracts to get expensive handsets, loans, credit cards etc with no-intention of paying them back as they are leaving the UK to go abroad. If UK companies could link their "defaults" here to the country they go to then the people concerned would think twice about doing this, as it would affect them in the future.
2 different people who've previously lived in the house that I currently live in have done this. The second person who did this told me that lots of people do this. I'm still dealing with the debt collection letters for the second person now....Indecision is the key to flexibility0 -

Make it a legal requirements for parking machines to either give change or give the additional time paid for eg 1hr = 80p, but put in a quid and you only get the 1 hour parking but no change; RIP-OFF!!!! There is currently no law preventing this.0

Grit/’de-snow’ pavements as well as roads.
Frozen snow is a health&safety hazard on roads as well as pavements, for pedestrians. A little can make a big difference - why other countries geographically level with the UK handle snow better than us? UK shouldn’t be so surprised and unprepared for snow.0 -
Request that ebay put it's seller fees - both ebay and paypal on the same page so that sellers can be clear as to what they are being charged.0

I think you'll find that VAT isn't charged on fruit and vegetables at the moment, if you are just buying them raw from the supermarket. Lots of foods don't have VAT on them.Indecision is the key to flexibility0 -
