  • Except for disabled people, I believe that the benefit system should operate on a basis of ‘you can take out pro rata to what you’ve put in’. This would ensure that the benefit ‘kitty’ can only be drawn upon in a time of need to people who have already contributed.
  • In the National Curriculum cookery is included in Design Technology and pupils waste time studying and designing packaging for products. Compulsory teaching of cookery from ages 7 - 16 with budgeting and nutrition. Investment in cookery rooms for all schools. Result? Healthier people who save money buying and cooking fresh food.

All organisations in UK should have a local landline number not for example 0844 or 0843 which cost every one a lot of money to call this idea would save us all a lot of money

will find alternative standard call rate number

  • We are being told of the massive benefit of Hs2. In reality, the only benefit is a saving of 30 minutes of travel time, mainly for Business Commuters.
The loss to the English Peoples will be massive in terms of, Loss of beautiful lands, loss of Wildlife Areas, Loss of Peace and Tranquility, loss of Beautiful Buildings and of course the immense Cost to us all!
Just to save 30 minutes! What are we doing to ourselves? come on Politicians, come on Peoples. Do we really need or want this Rail line

Children should be educated in finances at the age of 15/16;savings, overdrafts, mortgages and pensions to be covered. Encourage businessto operate/relocate outside of London/SE – stop HS2 as it only benefits London, everyone else loses; regenerate existing rail instead. Binge drinkers to payhospital fees

Bring back working for prisoners, like the mail bags they used to make. They cost us a fortune to keep in prison and they feel worthless when they're in there. Give them a purpose while they're in there and who knows it might also reform them as well as paying their way.

Make all companies who employ more than 50 people provide a subsidised creche at work.

Introduce measures to help next time buyers move on- this would without doubt help the property market. We have no equity in our 2 bedroomed terrace house, and with children desperately need somewhere bigger. We work hard and earn well but without a large deposit we are stuck here forever- it would be perfect for first time buyers. I know lots of others in the same position

O2 - my 12 month contract is due to expire...and I am having a fight with them in it NOT automatically rolling onto a double price tarif. If a contract is due to expire, it should do unless you let them know otherwise.

Tell them that you no longer agree with their terms and conditions of contract, in writing and want to end it. they cant supply you with service after this. Appears to be is the only way to get away from AOL so I am told!

Something must be done to stop our kids graduating with minimum £37.5k debts (£9k tuition plus £3.5k accommodation loans per year).

It’s a triple whammy. Students pay 3 times for their education: First they pay as soon as they start paying tax; second they pay again because on average they earn more and therefore pay more tax; and they pay a third time by paying tuition fees etc. direct.

Quite agree with this also can never understand why people like Tesco have Disabled spaces so far from the shop when the Parent and Child spaces are right at the door, yes they need wider spaces but why do they need to be next to the shop when the people that really need to be there are expected to walk a long way
It's a bit simple really! People with SUV's and Children spend more money, and a lot more quickly, so get them to the front of the queue. Disabled people have less money and take more time. CEO's answer to large Share Holders hence the decision to push us disabled to the outer margins!
