    I used the latest collective switch to switch from EON to EON :) (Was on the first collective switch tariff)
    Switch was done in about a day or so with no problems at all, direct debit etc just carried on as normal. Can't fault them yet.

    Glad you like our systems and are okay with the billing/payments side. :)

    If you ever change your mind about a Monthly Direct Debit, it's easy to set up and can be done online too. Don't forget, it'll also save you about £35 per fuel per year through lower daily standing charges.

    I totally understand how off-putting a bad experience can be. Not sure if I've mentioned our online tool, the 'Direct Debit Manager?' This gives you more control over the arrangement including the ability to change the payments. Helps you keep an eye on things and comes in handy should circumstances change.

    There's very rarely any effect on other arrangements when changing from one E.ON tariff to another. Things like the Direct Debit and Rewards scheme will just carry on.

    Just a quick heads up on the Rewards. You do need to opt in to receive these points. It's a free scheme so worth doing as you can exchange the points for either Tesco Clubcard points of High Street Shopping Vouchers. If you haven't opted in, you can do this online or over the phone.

    Been with Eon now for a while (Used to use British Gas as I worked for them so I got a discount) no problems so far. Just called and switched to a new cheaper tariff (thanks to MSE! :)) looks like it's going to save us an absolute fortune, thanks MSE!

    Also sorry you're not happy with us. Has your complaint been sorted yet? What was it about?

    Don't forget, if not sorted, you can ask the Complaint Manager to refer it to our Review team. They'll take another look and either uphold what your Complaint Manager has proposed or offer a separate resolution. If you're still unhappy after this, you can go to the Ombudsman for an independent review. You can go to the Ombudsman after 56 days or earlier if we can't sort to your liking and have sent a Final Resolution Offer letter.
