    Good morning everyone

DH decided that he wasn't feeling like folk dancing yesterday evening, so I chewed over another frog for a couple of hours and have got it to the point where I can finally deal with it this morning :)

Once the frog is disposed of, I will start the first of many loads in the WM. We've had a bit of rain here early this morning, but the clouds are clearing and I may even get some things hung outside to blow for a while. Then I'll see how far I get with the flying. DH has still got his wargaming paint table in the LR so that prevents me from hoovering properly in there, but everything else is pretty tidy and it shouldn't take long. We sorted the magazines last night and I have a small pile to throw out. Oh yes - the OJM is coming at lunchtime to look at the list of jobs I've got for him.

    :bdaycake:
It's DH's birthday so no cooking for me tonight: I'm taking him out for a meal and then to the local theatre to see a farce (as if we haven't got enough of our own!!!) - a Miss Marple spoof written and performed by our regional theatre company. DH looked at the flyer which I enclosed with his birthday card and said, "Ah, little grey-haired old lady with shotgun - just like home!" He still doesn't know what hit him when we met 4 years ago yesterday :D

Big (((hugs))) to Rowan Tree, Helen Jelly and Dancemum, hoping today is a better day for you than yesterday. And I hope that SkintBaby Holly is doing well and will soon settle down to feeding well.

Spoons are in the top drawer in the kitchen, if anybody needs one, and the gale-force wind overnight has left plenty of sticks on the lawn. Please help yourselves.

    See you later for :coffee:

    Morning all!

Not caught up with the thread as I've got to get on with paid stuff. I had hoped to get it done yesterday but other jobs took so much longer than I thought I wasn't done until 5pm. I'm working all day again today probably, this evening as well. Then hopefully tomorrow I can do some flying. :(

    Morning all,

Hugs to those who didn't get much sleep last night. I managed a night alone until just before 6 when DS came in for a cuddle :T

Day at home today, so I've bathed and fed tots, had a shower myself, done kitchen dailies, sorted my purses and sealed pot challenge, second wash on the go. Today we are having an organise in the playroom, to fit all his birthday toys in...

ETA just had to pop off and help DD in bathroom :p

So I need to sort the jigsaws as we have too many to fit in the box and will tidy his cars and trucks into a bigger box too.

Today I want to write cards for the next couple of months, and am going to wipe round the ovens, which I meant to do last week :o

    Have a productive, peaceful day.

(And a hug for rowan tree)

  • Good morning ladies  I've been for a run and tidied round, so will gtomorrowrab my list and try to get all chores done today so that DH and I can enjoy our day in York tomorrow ( to CY as we pass by).
    I don't know - mine had ran out 7 plus months ago:eek:

I will be checking insurance and MOTfor my cars later ;)
