6 AFDs for March, 62 in total, but actually picked up a bottle of wine from the shelf in Lidl .... but made myself put it BACK!

Running group's response has incensed me. They said "That is a shame. From what we are told we understand you ran really well yesterday, so it is also a shame you don't feel you would be happy to return next week. "

I fired back that my complaint was about the lack of safety, care and concern for any group member who was was being left behind, in the dark, but particularly a lone female.

At work, my team mates suggested I start a couch to 5k group myself for colleagues. I'm seriously going to consider that.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

  • Morning,

Managed to drink less last night and I've made a resolve to not drink until the kids are in bed. Not sure what DH makes of it as I've not really spoken to him about it.

One thing I've found over the past few days is that I'm really tired. I think it is because I'm getting a proper sleep at night now rather than waking up becuase I need a drink; I've started to take my vitamin supplements again this morning so I should see a bit of an improvement.

Hope everyone is ok today? x

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

OMG!! 6th morning I've woken up fresh and clear headed, before the alarm has gone off! Nearly caved last night but luckily stepped out of the shower and made tea - very British of me!

    6 AF days completed!

    Have a great day everyone!
