Morning peeps,
Managed last night to not drink as much and feel better for it; aiming to have even less tonight.
Have woken up with a slight headache, but I think that is due to the remnants of my cold still lingering about. Some paracetamol should kill it.
Have a good day everyone xx0 -
I had a good 4 mile run tonight, but I wasn't keen on the way the group didn't wait for me to catch up at the rest point, that was unprofessional of the lead runner, and downright unsafe to leave a female on their own. So I won't join them next week.
Well done on your successful run - even if the social etiquette was missing from one of your group colleagues!
Off to work now - clear headed and considerably less cranky than when I came home! 5 AF for me!

Yes, it is a tranquiliser, which helps pass the time for me too. It makes me feel mellow, and relaxed at the time, but nothing gets done, which doesn't help my anxiety levels.I had a good 4 mile run tonight, but I wasn't keen on the way the group didn't wait for me to catch up at the rest point, that was unprofessional of the lead runner, and downright unsafe to leave a female on their own. It's a pity because I need to find a group to run with mid-week as I know it will help me get faster.
I hope you find someone to run with. Thats a goal I'd like to take up in the future.Deleted_User wrote: »Morning peeps,

I'm glad you're feeling better. I felt very tired last night, so went to bed early, but kept waking up, then drifting back off.
I also felt very tired this morning, and was tempted to scuttle back to bed, and rest up, but I've too much to do. I started doing mega wash loads yesterdays (normal bedding, towels, winter bedding, as well as clothes, etc), so all that will need drying, sorting, and finding somewhere to put it all. Always a challenge as I haven't much storage space.
Will be keeping myself busy today, my kitchen always needs doing, then floors, bathrooms, quick go around my living-room, a rudimentry tidy of bedrooms (can wait to do thoroughly another day), then the mammoth task of organising my laundry.
I made myself eat a huge breakfast which has helped bring my energy levels back up. I hope everyone has a good day.0 -

Evening :hello:
1 more AFD for me.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
