Hi Everyone
No more AF to report, had a glass of nice wine tonight, and managed to keep it to 1 glass.
Im afraid that Im not in a position any longer to run the SNC. real life is hectic at the mo, and I have found myself grabbing precious snippets of time to quickly race through the posts on here. I feel therefore I dont have the time to contribute anything meaningful to the thread other than rushing to post the SNC scores. Im happy to do it for 1 more week and then would love it if someone else fancied taking over. Any takers?? Thank you all xIt’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
Morning :hello:
1 more AFD for the SNC please mackeroo.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

morning everyone
that's 9AFDs please and 3 for the SNC. I hope everyone has a good day today.
I have to say I woke up feeling full of the joys of Spring this morning - a far cry from how I was feeling last week when I was on my first days of being AF (weepy, very down, headachy...). Feeling great today. Feeling even better in my pocket too.Sick and tired of waking up sick and tired...

Hi all, 20 AFD for me please Shaggy.
Went to the gym about 4pm yesterday and took it easy - although it was a lot busier and didn't like that. We usually go about 7.30am when it's quiet and went this morning so it was much better. Feel like I am on the mend which is good as I hate feeling ill
Lovely sunny weather here, albeit chilly, would love to be out there but got to be here in work :undecided0 -
8 AFDs for me please Shaggy.
Planning another tonight.
Good to hear you're feeling brighter MrsDee.
Keep persevering all.:A0 -
Evening all!
Reporting in for the day : that's 10 AFDs please and 4 for the SNC.
This time last week I would never imagine I'd be at this fantastic point. Thank you for all the support. It has really helped enormously, I could not have got this far on my own - it would have been unthinkable!
Have a good evening everyone. Just going to take my dog out for a walk in the freezing cold - and I will be sober! Makes a change from wobbling about a bit embarrassingly after a few drinks... Blimey...Sick and tired of waking up sick and tired...
