No, not stupid at all.:)

We used to have a mini target on here each week called the School Night Challenge (SNC). We don't do it formally any more but it helps me (and others I think;)) who are cutting-down to be AF on school nights. For some that's Monday to Friday and others count Sunday too but I like a drink with my roast too much.

I did have a drink last night, just the one though. I'm going to declare 5/14 very early this evening as I've ate my dinner and not had a drink to accompany it. Nothing sadder than sitting in your house alone, drinking.
