    Hi Shaggy,

    I'm actually on 6. :)

Which made me check my total and so am I! Totally my fault, I seem to be forgetting what day it is. So to further confuse matters I'll add in today as I'm determined not to drink until Friday if I can possibly manage it.;)

7 AFDs for December please Shaggy.

Good luck this evening everyone. :A

7/14! Half way to target :j (although I really hope to go over 14)
  • Hello! Can I join in? My husband and I have realised that we realllly need to cut down on our spending. I tend to have 2 (or 3, or 4...) glasses of wine every evening, and we just can't afford it. Plus I worry about the impact on my health.

I didn't have any alcohol yesterday, even though there is about a quarter of a bottle in the cupboard (go me!). I plan not to have any tonight either.

My AF target for the 10th till the 31st is 14

8/15 AFDs tonight. DH asked me to bring him chocolate. That'd usually mean going to the supermarket, and then being tempted (and not resisting) into buying a bottle of wine.

Instead, I had a brainwave and bought him a chocolate bar from the vending machine at work. It may have cost more than chocolate from the supermarket, but it was cheaper in the long run, and better for my health.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

Hi Tiller Girl - good luck with your AFs. There is certainly no better way of receiving support to reach your target :j

  • 8/14 AFD for December please Shaggy.
Satchmo that was a groan of recognition from me! yes at least my I'm not drinking today thoughts have been replaced by actually doing it. And there are open bottles of red & white in the ktchen with those vacuvin stoppers and they haven't tripped me up. Green Karen I never thought being awake might just be my brain working again!

I think today was worse than a hangover for effect just from sleep deprivation but I guess the tired phase should pass.

I hope to sleep really well tonight to make up for it!
