    Evening People!

Personal Trainer this am and again tomorrow at 07.30am so no alcohol for me tonight! 3 AF for December so far.

Next week I am going ski-ing which will be thirsty work and involve lots of Apres - ski! However, I do normally wait until "Apres" to have any alcohol and have worked pretty hard over the last 6 months to minimise my intake to enable me to still socially partake whenever I want to do so. And as a lot of you can testify it is hard work to live a life of permanent alcohol resistance when it has never been so readily available!

Good Luck to anyone who may struggle tonight! I always think if I get to 8pm then there is no point as I'll be drinking to then go to bed!

5/25 for me please. Thanks to your support I didn't drink last night. Could have used feeling 'virusy' as an excuse but didn't! Hope you all survived the storm ok.

Well done!:T Good to hear no 'hot toddies' being used as medication.

I'm calling in now too, determined to do the full SNC.

Don't worry, I had bad headaches and aches and pains at first and was unbelievably tired some days. But I still felt better than the awful waking up feeling after drinking. It will improve.

5 year plan - well done! It's a great feeling to add up those AF days.

Stu - have a fab time skiing and even better apres ski (in a moderate way of course :))

Well done to everyone making a good start in Dec. :xmastree:

Shaggy - 5 AF days today please
