    Not managed an AF evening tonight, though I've only had one glass of wine and an Irish coffee. My wife and I sat out this evening as I really like it when the weather is like this (clear and crisp).

    Morning! Not had a single AF day so far in December. I'm going to the school musical tonight adnd there won't be alcohol there so I 've got half a chance of an AF day!

    I felt quite antsy again at wine o'clock. it got much easier after eating dinner. I had my third good night's sleep in a row too.
