hi everyone. Finished November on 16 AFDs, so pleased with that. Nothing to report yet for December but I plan to be AFD today and rest of school nights this week ... More later.

Hi Shaggy, Maman, Jo and anyone else who remembers me. I'd like to come back to join everyone again please!

Great to have you and jo back. You know it makes sense!:D

I'm calling in early tonight. Even this is great for me because I remember when I couldn't trust myself to call an AF day until I was on the way to bed!

1 AFD for December please Shaggy.

    I am calling in early!!!!

2 AF for December and 2 in a row for me :) I am on phone so can't do do colour shaggy, sorry. (edited to add colour!)

2 or more in a row is always tricky for me so I am pleased with myself. Even though there is wine open in the fridge from Saturday :) Early night helps!

Checking in with my 1 AFD please Shaggy! A great feeling to start the week - yay!
I have no idea why it is that it seems such a challenge each time but actually, a cup of tea and get through dinner and then it's job done!!
    Have a good evening everyone...

2/15 AFDs for me please, just had a hot chocolate.

DH went to Lidl and even though it wasn't on the list he bought wine, grrr. And he's talking about going back to "stock up with Christmas booze". I guess I need to have a talk with him about the "one drink's too many" part of this battle.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

Drinking my hot chocolate now. Got through with Ame Elderflower and lemon - less sweet than some. Thank you for the apple and soda suggestion.

I've spent far too long catching up today and wanted to say belated congrats to Pippi!!! also to wave at everyone, there've been some really thought provoking posts on here since June.

    Sleep well everyone!

    Hi all

    1/16 AFD.

I was out on a work thing on Friday but stuck to orange juice & was so grateful that I didn't drink. I came back to work yesterday and some of my colleagues were still talking about the other managers antics:o. I need to keep this in mind during Dec - that I don't want to feel shattered, humiliated and talked about:)
