All those embarking on a walk tonight wrap up warm and think of the double positive of being the one who isn't sitting on the couch with a glass of wine!!:T

On my 3rd AFD on the trot now so 4 for November
very pleased with this. Energy levels are much higher in the day and I am sleeping like a log at night so feeling loads better. Its not easy by any means I seem to have so many triggers for wine like a train journey and staying in a hotel for work each one I get through though is a step forward.
Hope everyone is well0 -
6/20 AFDs to boost my AFD-board standing please. Spent this evening taking down tatty curtains and replacing them with lovely new ones. DH is getting very good at taking instruction - sent him out for curtain hooks and curtains (we had decided on the curtains on Sunday).
I'm getting to enjoy his "semi retirement", i.e. off work on long-term sick but not confined to the house. Dinner is ready when I get home, and the messy kitchen is a price I'm willing to pay. Even the grocery shopping is taken care of now that I've trained him to go to Lidl or Aldi instead of Waitrose or Tesco. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -

The first winter snow we woke up to yesterday has all melted now (was only about half an inch - but so pretty for those crunchy walks!). But possibly more today! :T
Stay toasty everyone! Enjoy those warming soothing AF drinks!0
