I was just thinking this morning, when I woke up, how I love waking up feeling good, without burning eyes and a fuzzy head. Looking forward to peering outside and seeng what kind of day it is. I also kind of look forward to my AFDs! I am glad to be back on track after a couple of days of planned drinking. It feels odd, but good!
Like my life is turning and my priorities are changing and I am in control....

Evening All,

Including my previously unclaimed night last night plus tonight I'm at 15 AF nights! Wonderful big cheese of a Moon out there so trying to persuade OH to come for a walk too! He is already having a great big glass of wine! Meanwhile, I'm actually not feeling envious as I'm savouring the clear headed mornings!

All those embarking on a walk tonight wrap up warm and think of the double positive of being the one who isn't sitting on the couch with a glass of wine!!:T
