Yep lots of familiar faces. There are many I wonder if they ever ever kicked the habit (I think we can all remember some who desperately NEEDED to) Their absense probably means they didn't

Being here for 4 years is far better than any alternative for me. Who knows where I would be in 4 years time if I hadn't addressed this and if I hadn't found this group to help me along the way.

I have decided when to have an allowed alcohol night. It will be Fri 6th Dec and would by then be my first in almost 2 months! Part of me can't wait whilst another part of me wonders if I will lose it totally (causing a lot of embarrassment to my OH as it's his Christmas works do!). Still better to melt down at his than mine eh :rotfl:
