Unfortunately, I shared a bottle of wine with my wife this evening over dinner.

Had friends for dinner last night and I also had wine. Tried to interspace it with water and woke up clear headed this morning! As long as I am in massive monthly credit to booze free nights then that was my goal and a few nights won't hurt! If I have to write on this forum for the rest of my life to keep a lid on my consumption then I don't mind!

Stu: I feel the same way, what started off as something purely to save money (cutting down on alcohol), made me realise I needed to for other reasons.

Really quite savoured wine with dinner this evening, nor did I want to carry on drinking after. Mrs. K. was rather pleased with this development.

    2 more AFDs.

To the urban walkers :D the underarmour is working a treat, as are the thermal knee socks and the trapper hat. This is it (from M & S) 41oFiL2LFML._SX85_SH10_QL100_.jpg but that's not me (I wish!)

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
