What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Have just caught up with all the chat from over the weekend - some really thought provoking posts :T.

I feel disappointed in myself as I didn't manage any AFD's this weekend :(, it wasn't as if I drank a lot each day but I did drink and I am sure a lot of it was 'just because it was there' :o. Note to self: must try harder at the weekends

Still, today starts a brand new week - have a good Monday all :)

I have just finished Go Sober for October and not drinking is normal now. Hardly ever want a glass of wine any more :) My life is so much better now :)

3 please, Shaggy. Declaring early for today, because I definitely won't be having any wine tonight. However, tomorrow evening is a different matter. A planned non-AFD, meeting friends in bar at the top of a very tall hotel, but must be careful not to drink too much (prices will help anyway!). And no wine in the house for grabbing when I come home should help too.

Have a good day, all xx

Did drink alcohol yesterday - one bottle of red wine shared over dinner without me reaching to get another bottle to start on. Sipped it rather than gulped it! This is a big step for me as I normally fail with my stop button!

Calling in early for tonight as even OH says that it will be AF for us both! 3 AF for me!

I'm calling in early as I'm determined to get started on my November target.

    1 AFD please Shaggy.

Planned drinking tomorrow as out for supper with friends (although not in such lofty places as pricey;)). Normal service t be resumed Wednesday.:)

    Hi all

    2/17 for me please, Shaggy.

I am off to bed to watch TV as soon as the WM finishes :D A lovely early night snuggled up in bed means no wine and no heating on! Double saving :money:

I am also going to be AF tomorrow. Decision made and I will not go back on it. Especially now I have posted it here :) I am going to get up earlier than normal tomorrow so I am really tired by early evening and have an early night instead of drinking wine :D

Have a good week everybody :j

Weekends are hard for me as well. I have only recently convinced myself that Sunday drinking is a bad idea :)
