Woke up feeling amazing today!
Eventually, that is - as had the deepest sleep ever. I guess this is my body getting good quality sleep after so many drink-addled, fitful nights sleeping. It feels great!
I was going to have a drink on Friday but am thinking maybe I wont now.... Will see....Sick and tired of waking up sick and tired...

Morning :hello:
AF last night.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

I came very close to drinking last night after I posted that I would be AF... I even bought the wine  I was expecting to come back here and revoke my 11/15 BUT I came on here, read some posts for motivation (thank you all) and then went to watch bake off in bed
So I am still 11/15 which I believe is a personal best for the last year or so :j
I had a great night sleep too, which was much needed!0 -
