Don't hesitate to let me know if I've made a mistake! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Winebox: Does the antibiotic begin with a "M"? If so, please, please, please DO NOT have a drink whilst taking it as you can be violently ill. If it's the one I'm thinking of some of the medical professions nickname it "human detol". Yes, it's pretty serious stuff. (Full of useless information, me.)

Another alcohol free day yesterday 21/30:j:j
I must admit I am finding this no drinking lark quite easy although I do have strong motivation.
My OH has been doing the exactly the same as me so maybe that has been a strong factor in staying off the sauce. We can be quite competitive in a friendly way and I know as long as she resists the odd glass of wine, so shall I.
I know some people can just stop with a click of the fingers without any motivation at all. I'm sadly not one of those people so I am glad I have someone in my life who wills me on.Professional Blogger | Money Saver | Money Maker0 -
