Morning :hello:
1 more AFD.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
So I'll make a start by saying that out of the 8 days left in September I will aim for 5 AF days starting today so that's 1/5 (I can't seem to make the colour thing work but I'll get to that).
OH just added the AF days already done in September as 9 as far as we can remember so that's not too bad.
Hope everyone is having a good day and thanks for the thread.
How abouts I include the 9 so that you are 10/14 ?What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Evening! AF for me today but I have to say that it is partly because I am feeling ill - a bit fluey.
It's good you have a definate goal winebox (don't open 2nd bottle) - could you engineer it to only ever have one bottle in the house, so that will be your limit?
8/15 for me please Shaggy. Not as many as I had hoped by this time of the month but have had a very stressful week... not that alcohol helps0 -

I echo congratulations! (this is such a bad one to use on this thread but my PC seems to be too old for more fancy stuff....)
Yesterday was good, today not so fine (already) as YET ANOTHER row with OH (have these abbreviations been banned from MSE???! I don't see them in anyone else's posts!)....I'm very angry & wound up & so guess what I want to do?.......not in huge trouble yet but it's only 5pm, but thanks to all of you - I've dropped in here as feeling feeble, & I already feel stronger & more able to not get trollied - I was going to ignore y'all until tomorrow & now I'm glad I didn't!
Have super-healthy dinner lined up so don't want to spoil it by being p****d.
He doesn't hold my nose & pour it down my throat, but......:mad:
Laters! x Hope everyone else good today :A0 -
