Well done everyone on your AFD's - unfortunately I didn't manage one yesterday . Thursday is definitely a 'danger night' for me - I must think of something to do to try and keep me off the alcohol.

I didn't have much though so I have still cut down from what I used to drink, which was the whole point for me joining this thread - I can't see a time when I would want to give up completely - but it has definitely helped me to cut down :T

I'm not sure in total how many I have managed as in all honesty at the start of September just having one alcohol free day was rather an achievement for me. However, going to aim for 23 days in October (as I do have a drink on weekends and there is also Halloween).

Hi all

I had an alcohol free Friday night:) - so 5/18 AFDs. We're having steak tonight so I will be having a glass of red wine (or 2) but that is my limit.
