Hi all
3/18 AFDs.
Hi Satchmo1 & Sukeyboo - OH doesn't like the dark circles under his eyes and I heard on the radio that dark circles relate to drinking too much. In a nice way I suggested cutting out drink and I bought him some milk thistle. Didn't work. OH hates his job and reckons a drink in the evenings relaxes him. I know there is no point in harping on at him as he has to make up his own mind.
Hi Munchin - I think we must be living with the same person  - as you say they have to make their own minds up about their drinking - it is just that my OH does try and persuade me to have a drink with him and unfortunately sometimes I am not strong enough to say no :mad:9AF please Shaggy
My day so far is going exceedingly badly, am hoping by the time I get off home I won't hear the wine calling me

Tracy - try putting some earplugs in when you get home - seriously though, I know we all think that a drink will help but it seldom does - it just numbs the pain sometimessukey / maman: Thank you.I am rather determined to have an AF day today. Succeeded so far (yes, I have been known to start at lunch
).
Well done so far Alex - keep up the good work :T0 -

16/25 AFDs tonight0

11/25 AFDs. I baked for hours last night, and held a cake sale at work today, raising £97 towards my 150k run fundraising.
A bit of a teaser with "150k", as I'm doing 30 x 5k runs throughout 2013, and have reached #27 so the end is near.
Here's the link, if anyone's feeling inspired to sponsor me?
