First AF day since last Wednesday  so that makes 4/10 for September - this month was always going to be a problem for me as I was away on holiday for just over a week at the beginning - must do better next month
Alex - don't be too hard on yourself - if I recall, you have gone from drinking virtually everyday so what you have achieved so far has been a vast improvement on that :T
Have a good Tuesday everyone0 -
Morning :hello:
1 more AFD
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

We've all been there Alex, and the best way to deal with it is to accept that you can't change what's happened but you can change the future. It takes an age to change ingrained habits but you can start again from TODAY.
Having 'talked the talk', I'm unlikely to be walking that way today as out tonight celebrating yet another family birthday. It'll be moderate drinking though and straight back on the wagon tomorrow.0 -
Hi all
3/18 AFDs.
Hi Satchmo1 & Sukeyboo - OH doesn't like the dark circles under his eyes and I heard on the radio that dark circles relate to drinking too much. In a nice way I suggested cutting out drink and I bought him some milk thistle. Didn't work. OH hates his job and reckons a drink in the evenings relaxes him. I know there is no point in harping on at him as he has to make up his own mind.

My day so far is going exceedingly badly, am hoping by the time I get off home I won't hear the wine calling me
