Another AFD for me last night so I think that is 5/15 for August.

I intend to carry on the good work tonight

Went for a run first thing this morning to try and get me back into a good routine. Will try to do the same tomorrow too!

Into double figures with 10 AFDs now. I've been missing MLH lots today, so we kept up a flow of texts which helped a bit.

Evening, really not well tonight which means I can up the snc to 2/3 and the AFD to 4/10. Will never know if I'd have done that if I was feeling ok so feel like I've cheated a bit. Night all.

Another AFD yesterday so that makes 6/15 so far this month :j

Don't know about anyone else but even though I sleep OK when I have had a drink it is not a restful sleep - on the days when I don't have alcohol I feel much more 'rested'
