Update - been good tonight :)1/3 SNC for me and I am off to bed :j

Shaggy - 1 more AFD for me please :)

lamarsi - I do the same thing with the excuses. I start thinking about what is on TV (hence feeling crap today after watching The White Queen last night with plenty of wobbleaid) and whether I have work/plans etc.

9 AFDs for me, and another run tonight. I've now lost 4lbs in 10 days, even with the cakes and chocolates constantly being offered to me. Even more impressive, I was offered cheese and red wine after dinner and I refused.... less impressive is because I thought "that wine's been open for at least a month, so will be like vinegar".

Three lovely phone calls today. 7am, neice from Australia to say she's home from hospital. Sadly, its a reprieve rather than a cancellation of the op. She has to have her pancreas removed. Surgeon said he's never seen such a damaged pancreas in one so young who doesn't drink. She's 24 and has been either pregnant or breastfeeding for almost 3 years.

Then my brother rang, which is amazing considering how extensive his throat/jaw surgery was, and he's had all his teeth removed too.

Lastly, but not so emotional, my solicitor rang to say she is sending the house sale contracts to the buyers solicitor and the sale could be concluded by the end of the week, woohoo. It's been on the market for 2 years, and is an albatross.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
