5/25 AFDs for me. Rather too much on Saturday night, but none since even with an open bottle in the fridge. I've also been on a run two evening this week, and lost 3lbs. I've set myself a target of losing 6lbs whilst I'm staying at my mum's for August. It's quite a challenge to say no to all the home made sweet stuff, and in fact I haven't resisted but I have restricted the portion sizes.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

4/16 AF so far this month. It has been very socially active with a lot of alcohol drinking occasions. Means I must knuckle down twice as hard when I'm at home. Have another good night everyone.

Well, I managed to resist my usual 'Wednesday weakness' and can declare 4/15 AFD so far for August :j

I also did my Zumba class last night and am feeling quite virtuous now :A

Joining this thread has made me reassess my drinking habits and even though I know I will be drinking tonight I am planning on cutting back from the usual 3 or 4 drinks to just 1 or 2.

Have a good day all :)

    Hi All

Been rubbish at posting, doing well, & stopping thru the week is definately helping me, easier than I thought it would be :D. I have cut my hours back a bit at work so cannot [STRIKE]skive[/STRIKE] post as often on here & busy at nights. Can I add 5 AF's please Shaggy. I am doing a buffet on Sunday for my nephews christening but have decided to stay AF on the day.

Good luck to all the newbies x

Another AF night for me last night, feeling fine but not fantastic, to be honest I was hoping for a bit more of a boost from going AF!

Anyway, here's the School Night Challenge update!

    Maman 3/4
    Barny 2/5

grief I might even make it the full Monty, that would be a turn up for the books!
    Trying to keep in budget.
