    SET YOUR Target_logo.jpg

    Everyone Welcome.

    Hello everyone :hello:

Can I join your thread please?

I have lost weight over the last year and am now at my target weight, but I am still drinking more than is good for me - weekends are my main downfall but the odd sneaky drink in the week seems to be increasing. I am hoping that joining this thread will help me keep it in check. I found my way on here through Maman & Macpep.

Can I set my target for August at 15 AFD - I have only had 1 AFD so far this month - not a very good start :o

    Many thanks

    School Night Challenge

Five days are up for grabs (Sunday-Thursday), sign up for as many or as few as you like and make sure you have a clear head for the start of each working day.

I was Af last night so I can update:

    Gien 1/5
    Maman 0/4

Anymore ready to jump in or is everyone still on holiday?

Good to have you on board. I'd have never managed SW without this thread. It's great for keeping drinking under control. I only have 1 AFD so far but today will be the second!

    Not seen 41 lately, hope you're OK?:hello:

Looks like it may be just you and me gien, no pressure then;).

    IT'S TIME TO STOP.

For me it seems it has to be all or nothing. It starts off just a glass but soon descends into a whole bottle!
This sounds exactly like me - I don't seem to have an off switch. A "couple of glasses" always turns into a bottle and a half!

Best of luck for the rest of the month.

2 AFDs to add (making 4 for August and 5 consecutive).

I thought I was going to blow it on Saturday because I went shopping in Aldi and can't resist their bargain wine. I bought six bottles so assumed that I'd probably end up drinking for at least the next four nights. But, I have managed to have 2 AFDs even with six bottles in the flat. Instead I have had a bottle of Feel Good Cranberry & Lime, and a bottle of Schloer white grape :)

Monday's always an easy start to the week for me as I'm out dancing. When I get back, I head straight for the kitchen and put the kettle on!

2 AFDs for August and 1 for the SNC please.

An AFD for me too yesterday, so the SNC looks like this:

    Gien 2/5
    Maman 1/4
Barny 2/5 (I'm assuming 5 Barny but let me know)

First day of work today! Wish me luck.

I quite agree with you Maman - Mondays are relatively easy - it is after about Wednesday that I usually start to succumb - but not this week (hopefully ;))

1 AFD for yesterday making a total of 2 so far for August - not that brilliant considering it is the 6th today but I hope to improve during the week :)

    Have a good day all.
