Thanks maman, I really appreciate the support. I get myself thinking it shouldn't be this hard, but I guess this forum wouldn't exist if it was easy. At this time of day it seems so straightforward though.

Day 2 didn't go so well. Usual wine and munchies, followed by lack of sleep and more munchies. Look and feel rubbish today.

We have all been there OWAMess - I just need to remind myself that the way I feel after an AF day and the satisfaction of posting another for Shaggy to add to my total usually feels much better than the couple of glasses of wine I "reward" myself with - that said I have had a dire month, holiday, family bereavement and my dad taken into hospital - time to walk the talk for me :o

    You're on the list :)

    I HAVE UPDATED #2746 & #2747
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
  • Ok. Well July had the grand total of 2 AFDs. Would've been zero had I not been on here so it's a start. If I can go AFD tonight I'll feel like it's an achievement. So annoying when I can't stick to it as I feel much better today, up at 6 and got loads done before work.

2 has to be better than none, every AF day counts. It's not easy but it does get easier (promise;)).

    Thanks for calling by heath.:)

:T:T:Tto Shaggy for another month of scoring.:A

    Hi All

I got back of holidays last week, new internet was not connected until Saturday, & I have been run off my feet in work. I had a drink every day I was off :o. I normally would drink waaay more than I did but I stuck to a bottle a night. I was dreading Monday coming & becoming AF again, DH is away training for 4 weeks in his new job & dd is away staying with my SIL this week. I had no need to worry & am shocked at how easy it has been, I did have cravings but not enough to go out & buy wine, have beer vodka & morgans in the house but was not tempted. Today will be 4 in a row AF which is a new personal best for me :D.

So I only had another 3 AF's for July.

Shaggy, can you please set my August target for 20AF's please, thank you, hope you are all well, I will try to catch up later on x
